Meredith Fitzsimons, Associate Therapist
Meredith (she/her/hers) offers space for healing by approaching individuals and couples with a reverent curiosity. Through a collaborative person-centered approach, she helps clients expand their awareness and make changes. Believing experiences and relationships do not exist in a vacuum, Meredith also incorporates a systemic perspective by exploring how cultural norms affect how we interact with one another and move through the world. In each session, clients are invited to examine their unique stories, identify and work to heal unmet needs, and gain practical tools that can help them reach their personal goals. Meredith believes in the power of creativity, authenticity, somatic wisdom, and humor in the pursuit of transformation.
Meredith received her Bachelor’s Degree from Trevecca University with a major in Communications and a minor in Social Justice. She received her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling through Adams State University. Areas of interest include anxiety, depression, communication, the search for meaning, self-esteem, and conflict in relationships.
As an associate therapist Meredith is able to accept sliding scale clients.
